What do I need on my side?
A PC with a problem. If you have Windows XP/2000 and a
broadband connection, you can connect to us and allow us to control your
PC. We see your PC from your perspective, and you can see everything we
do as we fix it.
You can control my computer?
Yes and no. In order for us to access your computer, you must
initiate the connection. Before we can do anything, you must also grant
us the ability to control your mouse and keyboard. While we work you can
see everything we do. Once we are done and the connection is closed, no
further access is possible unless you again request assistance.
What if my problem isn't fixed?
As with everything, our service guarantee applies. If we don't solve
your problem, you don't pay.
I'm not sure what the problem is?
Just give us a call. We can help find out what the problem is. Remote
connections can even allow us to see the issue as you experience it.
How much does it cost?
Resolving your issue in under 30 minutes is $38.00. Each additional
half hour is $38.00.
How do I pay?
We accept most major credit cards.
